How to make the alerts not jump every 5 minutes

In the configuration menu of the alert in Pandora FMS’ Console, set the threshold parameter to one day (or the ones that suit you). Set the minimum of alerts to 0 and the maximum to 1. This way, Pandora FMS will only execute one alert per day while the problems remain unresolved.
