Thresholds and Severity Levels
Any plans to increase the number of monitoring status levels from the current 3 (Normal, Warning, and Critical) to be more in line with the industry standard log levels (i.e., All, Trace, Debug, Info, Warn, Error, Fatal, Off)?
At the very least, having an “Info” status would help separate conditions that require immediate or urgent attention from those that can be addressed at a later time.
This would go a long way to having Pandora FMS integrate into and be a part of a broader ITSM solution.
I welcome any suggestions for workarounds or how others handle this.
