    Hi,

i am Using Ther Version 7.0NG 140 of Pandora FMS.

If I create a SLA Report with a Time Range bigger than one month (see screenshot), i only become a blank html page.

The Version is installed new, not updated.

Is there a Solution to fix the Problems with the SLA Reports?

    Hello Martha,

If I’m reading this right, you’re on version 140 of pandora. Currently pandora is in version 740, so you have very outdated server and this type of problems can be very common. Please, update PandoraFMS to the latest version and check if you still get the same error.

    Best regards
    Diego

Sorry the Version is 740. That was a mistake.

    Hello Martha,

Could you send us a screenshot of how you configured the SLA item? We’ve replicated the problem you have and it doesn’t seem to give us bugs.

Try also to upload the memory of your apache to 850 mb, maybe the machine is running out of memory and so not be able to print so much data.

Remember also that apart from the normal SLA item we have a weekly and monthly SLA, which may fit more to what you’re looking for.

    Best regards
    Diego

    Hello Martha

At the moment in Pandora FMS there is not the functionality that allows to create a SLA report of a year, since it would be a very big load for the machine in which Pandora FMS is running, being the maximum the report of a month.

In case you need this functionality obligatorily, consider contacting our commercial team through the following email [email protected], acquire an enterprise license and request this functionality so that our developers look for a way to carry it out.

Regarding the problem you have with the SLA I advise you again to review the item you are creating, and instead of using “SLA” use “SLA Monthly”. And try leaving the “SLA Max (value)” blank.

    Greetings
    Diego
