Request for Assistance: PandoraFMS Alert Configuration

I hope you’re OK. I am a student in the field of cybersecurity, currently working on an academic project.
I am facing some challenges in setting up alerts in PandoraFMS, specifically in sending email notifications when values deviate from normal parameters. I have successfully implemented similar solutions in Zabbix and Grafana, but PandoraFMS proves to be a bit of a challenge.
I would like to request the community’s collaboration for guidance and suggestions on this matter. If anyone has specific knowledge in this domain and can spare some time to assist, I would be immensely grateful.

Hi Ivan,
For the mail configuration, it is only necessary to configure this mail in the “Setup” -> “Setup” -> “General setup” of the console.
You can also configure it in the Pandora FMS server configuration file (/etc/pandora/pandora_server.conf) with the parameters MTA_XXXXXX.
This change will require a restart of the Pandora FMS server process.
(!) Keep in mind that only one thing can be configured, either the configuration in the console or the configuration in the server.
