  • reports cannot be sent

    hello,

    I was created reports and want to send them but i don’t receive any mail.

    for information I receive mail alerting but no for reports.

    please is there any parameter to activate in order to send reports?

    Please attach your configuration and the processes performed in order to document the query and to be able to answer you properly. It is related to your previous query about: send alert via exchange server.

    please review the following documentation and set up the access configuration as defined in it. Remember that you can grant access by using * for the whole network as well as for network sections. Example: 10.10.0.*

    hello,

    thank you for your feedback.

    when i sent the report, i have the following successful message:

    “Your report has been planned, and the system will email you a PDF file with the report as soon as its finished”

    but i didn’t receive any mail with report 🙁

    just i note in last activity in pandora console, the following message :

    cronjob mail , Unable to connect with TLS encryption!!!!!!!

    do you think if the problem is linked with TLS encryption??

    from what you tell us it seems, it is probably a problem of the tls connection with your mail service provider, check the configuration that you will receive at the time to set it correctly. Remember that depending on the provider they may use port 465 (which is no longer accepted as standard but some providers still maintain it) or 587 for TLS authentication.
    Following the usual procedure what you should do is to check mail configuration, network blocking and ISP blocking problems.
