5 Agent Limit

I have an unlimited agent subscription but today when I logged in to remote manage two Windows Desktops, I got a short notification saying I have reached my 5 agent limit? I am unable to see the systems I need to access. Has anyone else experienced this.

Hello Adam,

PandoraRC has a current limitation of up to 5 devices for free, in case you need more you must upgrade to the paid version. However, we have launched a campaign to the e-mails of active users with a code of up to 80% discount on the list price.

I have a plan with unlimited agents, have these plans not been grandfathered? I can supply the original email confirming my plan.
