Agent installer for MS Windows® crashes right at the startup

The MS Windows Pandora RC / eHorus’ agent needs the .NET 4.0 Framework to work. In the event of a fault, the installer fails right after double-clicking on it. It can be downloaded free of charge from Microsoft® page:

The same error can be observed when trying to install a 64-bit agent on a 32-bit computer.
