    Windows agents terminate unexpectedly

    Hi all,
    we are facing frequent crash af pandora agent on several Windows 2003R2 servers (either 32 and 64 bit).
    Things are a bit better since we upgraded agents from 3.2.1 to 4.0.1, however some spurious crashes do still occur on some machines…

    Example:
    Event Type: Error
    Event Source: Service Control Manager
    Event Category: None
    Event ID: 7034
    Date: 1/3/2012
    Time: 2:50:31 AM
    User: N/A
    Computer: CINT
    Description:
    The Pandora FMS agent service terminated unexpectedly.

    1) what can we check to troubleshoot this crashes?
    2) is there a way to get an alert when an agent does not communicate with server for long time
