Thresholds and Severity Levels
Posted by aeleus on octubre 17, 2023 at 16:46Any plans to increase the number of monitoring status levels from the current 3 (Normal, Warning, and Critical) to be more in line with the industry standard log levels (i.e., All, Trace, Debug, Info, Warn, Error, Fatal, Off)?
At the very least, having an “Info” status would help separate conditions that require immediate or urgent attention from those that can be addressed at a later time.
This would go a long way to having Pandora FMS integrate into and be a part of a broader ITSM solution.
I welcome any suggestions for workarounds or how others handle this.

Hello,
Currently there is nothing planned on the roadmap to increase the severity levels of the modules.
You can manage something similar through the alert templates setting the severity of the event you will receive which can change the action it will execute.
