    Dear All

    I am getting error that the Pandora FMS community i have installed is not registered but when i click to start the process for registration nothing is happening

    Can you please help me with this ?
    can i do the registration from console ?

    Hi scostopos,

    Do you mean register on this screen?

    In that case it is a known bug that will be solved in future updates, to correct it, edit the line 1133 of the file pandora_console / index.php

    Instead of 

    jQuery.get ("ajax.php",

     

    Change to 

    jQuery.post ("ajax.php",

    We have not been able to replicate the bug in our systems, can you tell us what steps are you following?
    The machine where the pandora server is installed has an internet connection?

    Yes it is on AWS server and i do not have any problem with Internet . Maybe it was register before in your newsletter and need to re-register and this is why it fails 

    Where we can find this kind of info ?

    Just clicking on the link for the register and then a popup is coming for Stay up to date with the Pandora FMS community.

    i select join and then click on finish 
    then i get the error REmote server error on newsletter error

    The following descriptive error appears to us

    What version of Pandora do you have?
    You can see this information in the footer something like  Pandora FMS v7.0NG.704 – Build PC170506 – MR 1

    Hi scostopos,

    The Pandora web console generates a log in /pandora_console/pandora_console.log, could you show us the log to see if there is a more descriptive error?

    Hey, maybe someone can help me with this. I’ve been using Pandora FMS on Windows 10 for a couple of months, with employee monitoring software(if it’s worth mentioning) and it’s been great, but just the other day I added a new agent with the same configuration that I used many times and all the modules are uninitialized. I was trying to install an agent on different computers with the same results. It seems that every new agent I add to Pandora is unable to initialize its modules. All my control agents are doing fine.

    My version of this is v7.0NG.737-Build PC190731-MR 30
