Reducing mail-alerts if a server goes down
Hi,
I’m looking for a solution to reduce mail-alerts when a server goes down.
If I monitor several services on a server and the server goes down, I receive a mail for every service for which I have set up a mail-alert. In such a case, is it possible to only receive one mail that the server is down?

Good morning,
I am afraid that with the open version of pandora this is not feasible. A feature of the enterprise version is the alert correlation which would allow you to create alerts with much more detailed conditions. In case this functionality is of vital importance for you, please, consider to acquire the PandoraFMS enterprise version talking with our commercial department.
