Problem in installation | Error Creating database ‘pandora’

hello, i need your help … after the installation …. when i connect to wizard web to finish .. show the next:
CREATING DATABASE AND DEFAULT CONFIGURATION FILE

Connection with Database

Creating database ‘pandora’ /##here error .. cannot access to create
There were some problems. Installation was not completed.
Please correct failures before trying again. All database schemes created in this step have been dropped.

already have this config…
Edit /etc/MySQL/my.cnf

add
[mysqld]
sql_mode=NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION

restart mysqld (.etc/init.d/MySQL restart)

don´t connect to create data base , please i need your help.

Hello,

It seems that the images have not been attached correctly, can you send them again to see exactly where in the installation is giving problems?
