Need help with warning about agent access statistics causing performance penalty

Does anyone know what I have to disable to make the following warning go away for good? I’ve looked throughout and tried disabling various settings without success:

“Usage of agent access statistics IS NOT RECOMMENDED on systems with more than 200 agents due performance penalty”

There’s no explanation and clicking the warning dialog takes me to the Management/Setup/Performance page; however, there are lots of settings there and nothing that is clearly obvious. I tried disabling the statistic-related settings and counters, but none of that worked.

The warning was introduced with v.770 RRR.

Hello,

What you need to disable in order to clear the notification will be this 2 parameters:

Use real-time statistics

Use agent access graph

You can find these options below the “Others” section within the Performance options.

We’ll leave you an screenshot of exactly where those options are.

Unfortunately, both of those settings are already disabled and I still get the warning.
