JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 2 of the JSON data on SNMP

Hi All,

I am using the snmp interface wizard to monitor processes on a Linux server using SNMP, but I am experiencing the error JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 2 of the JSON data, when I click the create module button.

please help how to solved this problem

  thanks for your reply, we using Version v7.0NG.777.2
  
  we already found the root cause, it caused by UTM firewall. if we access it from the same IP segment, it’s work normally
