Disabling triggered module does not clear alert state
Posted by aeleus on agosto 27, 2023 at 22:52Sometimes, a module will trigger an alert that is no longer relevant (e.g., target no longer exists).
If I disable the module in this alert-triggered state:
– the module count returns to “all good” (e.g., 5:5 instead of 5:1:4 in agent detail view – good)
– the module status returns to “all OK” (green in agent detail view – good)
– the Alerts state remains as “Alert Triggered” (red or yellow in agent detail view – not good)
The module has been disabled. How do I clear this state?

Sergio,
Thanks for the quick reply. Your questions made me realize my problem. I disabled the module, but I did nothing about the associated Alert.
By disabling the Alert, I was able to clear the alert state. A simple but critical oversight on my part.
I’m not sure how possible this is, but maybe Pandora can warn of associated alerts when a module is disabled?
