Hello team,

I have a check on an agent where I set warning and critical thresholds. I have configured the alerts in this way.

Two alert action: one for warning and one for critical

Two template: one for warning and one for critical

Two alert: one for warning and one for critical

doing so triggers the alert only for warning even if it goes into critical

Hello Luca,

Can you please attach here screenshots of the configurations you have both in the warning and critical templates in all steps??

If you can, please attach also the actions you have configured to analize them.
