agent installation Version v7.0NG.777 Andromeda – Community
Good morning,
Greetings engineers, I am currently installing the Pandora.FMS.Windows.Agent.v7.0NG.777_x86_64 agent on several Windows Server 2022 operating systems and it is not detecting it from the web platform.
The server IP is verified without problems, the server group is left by default “Servers”, the service is running.
Can you tell me if there is anything new with this version of operating system, because with other versions of operating systems detects it without problems.
At the moment it is only happening with the Windows Server 2022 version.

Is there any information in the log that might describe exactly what the problem is?
You can find the log at:
C:\Program Files\pandora_agent\pandora_agent.log
Also you can try to send a test.txt file with any TEXT inside of it (can’t be an empty file) through the Tentacle protocol to see if it reaches the server.
For that you can execute from a CMD as Administrator the following command:
tentacle_client.exe -a IP_SERV test.txt
Make sure to change the IP_SERV for the IP of your PandoraFMS Server and also that the test.txt file is located in the path you are currently on.
