The Modules number and Last Contact does not change for some reason
Posted by Albert on febrero 2, 2023 at 10:42In the Agent Details, for some reason the module numbers and Last Contact time does not update even though they work normally
Any ideas on why this happen?

Hello Albert,
What exactly do you mean by Module numbers? You have more modules than it’s showing?
Can you please send us a couple of screenshots?
We need one of the Server View and the Footer of the console like the one shown below. You can find the view under “Servers” > “Servers Management”
The General Setup view under “Setup” > “Setup” > “General Setup”
And please let us know in your server terminal what is the exact result of this command execution:
date

Hello Albert,
We’ve seen that you already open a new topic regarding the timezone.
Most probably the server has a different timezone than the Console does.
So follow the instructions we mentioned in the other Topic and probably you can fix the issue.
Remember that the Console does not set the Server timezone, but the Console Timezone alone, which has to be matched with the server Timezone which is applied in the PandoraFMS Server Terminal Shell as we explained in the other topic.
