Thanks Diego – we find that these modules seem to work on some servers and not others for some reason:

Hi,
The configuration file of the agent seems fine. Please enable the debug in the agent configuration file:
debug 1

Then restart the agent and check in the temp folder of the pandora agent install dir for the xml containing the information of the agent. Also check the pandora_agent.log for the traces of the issue.
