Updated Pandora Windows Agent Installer

We have updated the installer to include an option to generate the public and private keys at the installation process.

You can download the file at https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/pandora/trunk/pandora_agents/win32/installer/Pandora%20Windows%20Agent-1.2%20Beta3-Setup.exe
