Hello,

I am trying to configure an <b data-test-id=”config-payload-title” style=”background-color: var(–bb-content-background-color); font-size: inherit; color: var(–bb-body-text-color);”>alert payload( JSON format) to use with Freshservice to automatically create tickets and alerts coming from Pandora.

I am still new to Pandora and i have no idea how to do,

I appreciate your help .

Hi Meriem,

Have you tried checking the API calls for creating alerts.

As for tickets, we don’t know what you mean in Pandora FMS, you can only create them if you have Pandora ITSM.
