    Hello,

I am migrating my pandora fms 767 from centOS 7 to RedHat 8.

I already migrated all confs, plugin etc.

When I import pandora’s db in the new OS and i restart pandora_server service, the “Monitor health” progress bar is completly empty with a red border, while the other 3 bars are full and green.

What this means? I don’t find any usefull information in the logs and the documentation.

    Hello,

Can you attach here an screenshot with the Servers Management view in Console?

We would like to see the status of the Servers.

Also please, attach here another screenshot with the Tactical view where you are seeing this Monitor Health bar empty to take a look at the modules status.

    Kind regards,

    Sergio B.

      Hello,

aftering investigating further i noticed a lot of unknow modules due to the fact that on the new OS the server name was different. After updated the server name in the agents the “Monitor health” progress bar turned full green.

      Does this make sense?

    Hello,

Of course, the modules needs to be pointing to the PandoraFMS server in order to be detected.

When migrating you need to remember to change the Server Name in the pandora_server.conf file in order to have the same name you had in the old one.

This way you wouldn’t have to change the Server assigned in the modules, it will take the same name as before.

    Kind regards,

    Sergio B.
