Prerequisites

  • A Pandora FMS server with Discovery and network connectivity to the iDRAC interfaces to be monitored.
  • One or more Dell PowerEdge servers with iDRAC 9 or iDRAC 10 and the Redfish API enabled.
  • An iDRAC account with permission to log in and query Redfish resources. A dedicated read-only account is recommended.
  • A Custom credentials entry registered in the Pandora FMS credential store. It must contain the user and password fields.
  • A valid agent group selected in the Discovery task. The All group is not valid.
  • If TLS validation is enabled, the certificate presented by iDRAC must be valid and trusted by the Pandora FMS server.
