Introduction

This document describes generic log monitoring based on the advanced log monitoring plugin,
which is different from the OpenSource plugin. This plugin is designed to work with version 3.2.1 or higher. It uses some advanced features of the 5.x series (module status passed in XML), but can be used in Pandora 3.x or higher for basic monitoring.
