Pandora OPEN not triggering alerts
Good afternoon,
we installed a new instance of Pandora, choosing to use the new Pandora OPEN (we have to migrate the old 757 to this and we have another instance of 777). We set up everything as in the Pandora 757 but the alerts are not triggered when the modules are in critical status.
The actions and templates are the same as in Pandora 757 (screens attached), but once the module goes in critical (red) status, the alert is not triggered. Everything works fine when triggering BY HAND.
Anyone can help us find the solution?
