Hello! i´m having problems with the pandora ISO installer, when i try to install the ISO on the VMware esxi 5.0, the install reboot or hang, and don´t run completely. When i try install on VMware Workstation, the same result, but when i try VMware player, i have sucess. Pandora is not compatible with VMware esxi ? My customers have virtualized environments with esxi and XEN.

The ISO is: Pandora_4.0.3_OpenSource_Appliance.i686-0.0.22.preload
The same problem with: Pandora_4.0.3_OpenSource_Appliance.i686-0.0.22.vmx.tar

i know that the ISO is not for production environment, im doing a DEMO for customers.

ISO images has been tested with virtualbox, vmware, parallels and of course, physical servers. Should be a problem with driver/ISO/CD/Controller, verify it.

Hello again 😛

I used the vmdk from Pandora_4.0.3_OpenSource_Appliance.i686-0.0.22.vmx.tar in the vmware workstation 9, and utilizing the standalone converter to the vmware esxi, the pandora run´s fine 🙂 , but all my agents appear in grey color in the network map, and when i open some agent, appears green status on the module state..
what is the likely reason for that ?
the hour is ok, i set the correct timezone.
