    Hello,

    You can get the latency of a given Host or Device by creating a Host Latency Module within the agent.

    The image you’re showing is pretty old, but is displaying the modules that control the Interface and the Latency of the example device.

    So within the agent of the device that you are adding into the networkmap you need to create a new network server module, and select this host latency module as shown in the screenshow below.

      Sorry for the late response. I’ve tried it, but the result is still the same: the Ethernet Network Map interface can’t be read.

    Hello,

    Can you please post a screenshot of the module created inside the agent?

    Also post a screenshot of the NetworkMap with the same agent added.
