  • FlipFlop protection, how to?

    Posted by linspec9078 on May 16, 2022 at 12:39

    Hi all,

i need to configure flip-flop settings of a boolean module in such a way that the system detects the CRITICAL state only of 2 subsequent samples. Reading the doc i was unable to make it work. I need to set both “FF threshold” and “FF interval” ? Or only one of them? And in wich way?

    Thank you

    Hi linspec9078,

Setting the “FF Threshold” Critical 2 would be sufficient, if you set the FF Interval it is to perform a recheck more quickly (it has to be a lower interval than the module).

    Best regards,

    Víctor.

    Hi Linspec9078,

The configuration will only be taken into account for the status in which you are configuring it (in case you are using ‘Change each status’).

If you use ‘Change all statuses’ it will be implemented for all statuses.

    Best regards,

    Vic.
