GNU/Linux agent inventory doesn’t get hardware (CPU, RAM, etc) information

You need to have the lshw command installed. You can obtain this on RPM from:

http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3?stat=3&search=lshw&srodzaj=3

On a Debian/Ubuntu system, just install it with:

apt-get install lshw
