  • Custom graphs over 30 days in reports issue

    Posted by g3ko on April 28, 2014 at 17:35

    Hi,

When compiling our monthly reports I have noticed that if you use a simple graph, the data is still ok over 30 days. However, if you use a custom graph and go over 30 days it appears to truncate some of the data and makes the graph not very representative of the actual data.

Any ideas if it’s an easy fix I can implement or if it requires more work on your side? Currently have to cut our capacity planning documents for just a single month rather than a 3 month period.

    Hello

This isn’t an error in pandora it is the normall functionality of pandora as the prediction graphs aren’t based on accurate information the graphs aren’t very representative.

    Regards

The custom graph attached isn’t a prediction, it’s is the same data over the past 2 months but using the custom graph option. The issue I have is we use the custom graph when having more than 1 data set that needs graphing out e.g disk space on a server for C: D:, or CPU% between a clustered service.

    Hello

I will try and replicate the problem, it might be a small bug here.
