Discovery Step 1. Task definition Defines the general settings and schedule of the Discovery task. A specific agent group must be selected. The plugin rejects an empty group or the All group. The interval defined in the task is also assigned to the agents generated by the plugin. Step 2. iDRAC configuration iDRAC targets: required list of IP addresses, DNS names, or URLs. It accepts one target per line and uses HTTPS when the scheme is omitted. All targets in a task must belong to the selected iDRAC generation. iDRAC credentials: required credentials.custom entry. Pandora FMS provides the user and password fields to the plugin encoded in Base64. iDRAC version: selects the Redfish structure used to query temperature and power data. The available options are iDRAC 9 and iDRAC 10 . The default is iDRAC 9 . Use session authentication: creates a Redfish session and uses the X-Auth-Token header instead of Basic authentication. Disabled by default. Validate TLS certificate: validates the TLS certificate presented by iDRAC. Disabled by default to support the self-signed certificates commonly used by iDRAC. Request timeout: maximum connection and response time for each request, in seconds. The default is 10 , and the effective minimum is 5 . Step 3. Agent settings Agent name prefix: prefix added to each agent name. The default is iDRAC . Module name prefix: optional prefix added to every generated module. Empty by default. Agent autodisable mode: sets agent_mode to 2 to temporarily disable an agent when all its modules become unknown. Disabled by default; in that case, agent_mode is set to 1 . Step 4. Module tokens System modules: creates general health, power state, CPU, memory, and inventory modules. Enabled by default. Fan modules: creates speed, health, and state modules for every discovered fan. Enabled by default. Temperature modules: creates temperature, health, and state modules for every discovered sensor. Enabled by default. Power supply modules: creates consumption, capacity, input, output, health, and state modules for power supplies. Enabled by default. Storage modules: creates modules for controllers, physical drives, and volumes. Enabled by default.
