They have a forum where we found support and if any issues came up werent in the dark. We could always find some one available and interested in helping us.<\/p>\n Implementing Pandora ITSM wasnt costly or too diffcult. I am a linux user and I\u2019m not very experience but even then, the installation and deployment step were quite easy to follow.
