Simply ICMP Alert, when down, when up.

Hello Again.

I want to to do a simple thing. I want to Pandora warn me when a IP is DOWN, and when the IP is UP. Only this two alerts (but the IP must be tested every 15 secons to verify if is this active)
I dont want it to advice me every 5 minutos that is down.
This is becasue the alert is via SMS and dont want the mobile device sounds every 5 minutes.

Now i have sms advices every 30 seconds. And y only want one when Up and another when Down.

How can i do this?

Configure the Network Module Host Alive for the agent with this IP. Configure the alert to trigger when the host is down and with Time Threshold of 5 minutes (i think a bigger value would be better).
