Hi everyone,

would like to ask if how many request time out will the pandora fire an alert… coz as per my scenario, pandora fires an alert says that 1 server is down, or not accessible… but when i ping the IP address, its actually up.. in this regard, i would like to adjust that settings, but which,how and where can i config those settings…

Hi,

It depends on how the alert was configured, but you can adjust the FF threshold and create an alert that fires when the module becomes critical: http://www.openideas.info/wiki/index.php?title=Pandora_3.0:Documentation_en:Operations#FF_Threshold
