download SLA report in .pdf

All,

This is an easy question with probably an easy answer.
In the documentation I can read that it’s possible to download a SLA report as an .pdf file.

On my pandora server I can’t see this option.
Which brings me to the idea that this is an enterprise option.
Am I right?

If not…. what can be wrong that I dont have this option?

Hi Brenno,

It is an enterprise feature, however you can convert your HMTL reports to PDF using htmltopdf (part of poppler-utils) or print them to PDF from your web browser.

The enterprise export to PDF feature is there to make prettier PDFs for your boss 🙂
