  CPUUse reports incorrectly on Windows Server 2000 SP4

  I’m running the Windows 3.1 agent on several Windows Server 2000 SP4 virtual machines, and the CPUUse module constantly reports at 98% on a few of them.  Some of them report correctly, while others report 98% all the time.  I have deleted and reinstalled the agents, but they still show 98%.
