Puedes asignar el agente a grupos en el fichero pandora_Agent.conf, utilizando la directiva “group”, el ejemplo que viene por defecto es asignar al grupo Servers (viene comentado):

#group Servers

Ahora bien, asignar módulos de forma individual, no se puede. Puede ser una idea a considerar para la siguiente versión (la 3.0 está ya cerrada en cuanto a funcionalidades). Puedes añadir la sugerencia en Sourceforge:  http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=155200&atid=794855

Estaría bien el poder asignar el grupo de los módulos directamente en la configuración de los agentes, en vez de tener que hacer en la consola.
Cuando tienes 5mil módulos esto es una tarea laboriosa y costosa en tiempo.

  Would be very good to have this kind of feature. Every pandora agent that I install in new servers give me a lot of work to manually set all the modules to the correct groups…
