  Alert not working

  alert shows it is firing but i am not getting a sms messge.

  Module ServiceSPICEWORKS (1.00) is going to N… SRS-SPICEWORKS  9 hours
    Alert fired (test alert) assigned to (Service… SRS-SPICEWORKS  9 hours

  if i manually run  smssend 001831xxxxxxx :dksjflds jlksd lfkjsdlkjf”   i will get a message
  a few questions

  1 . what is the 9 hours about ?  
  2 . where can i see a complete log file either gui or log file
  3 . checking the /var/log/pandora/pandora_agent shows this error
  [error] File /var/log/syslog does not exist.
  what is wrong ? this is a new install Pandora 3.0
  4 . checking the /var/log/pandora/pandora_server shows this error
