First, be sure you are not using the agent in debug mode (debug 1 in pandora_agent.conf file)
Second, verify what kind of connection are you using to the server (transfer_mode in pandora_agent.conf file) and check that the agent can communicate to the server using the port (41121 in case of tentacle, 22 in case of ssh and 21 in case of FTP)
Third, verify that you have the server_path in pandora_agent.conf file defined and that path exists in the Pandora Server host.
Four, check logs.

Test to port 41121 ok. Transfer mode in tentacle.
Pandora path exists and has data files.

This Pandora_agent.log file is from one of the XP/2003 machines?

Configure the server_ip with the ip of your pandora server at pandora_agent.conf.
