Kind of embarrassing to admit, but we had the Reddit group set up wrong. None of us are really “power users” (we mostly just post occasionally and read), and we’d never managed a community before. Someone else originally created it, but they’re not with the company anymore—and it turns out it was restricted, so nobody could post. I’ve just asked Reddit to switch it to an open community. Honestly, thank you SO much for taking the time to write to us about Reddit.
