Tentacle_Server ne démarre pas

Les conditions suivantes doivent être remplies pour que le serveur Tentacle fonctionne correctement :

  1. L’utilisateur pandora» doit exister et doit avoir les bonnes permissions sur les répertoires utilisés. Par défaut, le serveur tentacule utilise l’utilisateur pandora» au démarrage. Cet utilisateur peut être défini dans le script de démarrage si vous souhaitez qu’il soit personnalisé. Le répertoire d’échange (par défaut /var/spool/pandora/data_in) doit avoir au moins les droits d’exécution, de lecture et d’écriture pour l’utilisateur de pandora ou celui configuré à cet effet. Il n’est pas recommandé pour la sécurité d’utiliser l’utilisateur root pour l’exécution du serveur tentaculaire.
  2. Ce sont les autorisations que doivent avoir les répertoires d’échange (dans le cas des systèmes CentOS) :
chmod 2770 /var/spool/pandora/data_in/conf
chmod 2770 /var/spool/pandora/data_in/md5
chmod 660 /var/spool/pandora/data_in/conf/*
chmod 660 /var/spool/pandora/data_in/md5/*
chown -R pandora:apache /var/spool/pandora/data_in/md5
chown -R pandora:apache /var/spool/pandora/data_in/conf
chmod 755 /var/spool/pandora/
chown pandora:apache /var/spool/pandora
  1. Tous les répertoires configurés dans le paramètre «filtres» doivent être créés, ainsi que le «répertoire» principal avec les autorisations indiquées ci-dessus.
  2. Le port d’écoute doit être libre. Il ne doit y avoir aucun processus en cours d’exécution qui utilise déjà le port 41121 ou celui configuré dans son fichier de configuration.
  3. Toutes les dépendances perl sont installées. Exécutez manuellement le binaire tentaculaire # su pandora -c "/usr/bin/tentacle_server" et voyez si des dépendances ne sont pas installées. Si tous les éléments sont correctement installés, l’aide du Tentacle apparaîtra.
