Hi everyone, I’m new to Pandora and i would like to ask someone who can help me configuring the reports, like S.L.A.. tried to create one, but why it’s not displaying any percentage? pls help.. thanks in advance..

sorry but no one seem reply to my post, pls share your idea on this:

got this problem, iv set an alert to 3 groups… 1st alert goes to group Techsupport, 2nd goes to S1_Sysad, 3rd goes to manager.. but when i test it, only techsupport receives the alert.. no alert on the 2nd or 3rd.. iv already check the logs, and when i try to do S1_Sysad as 1st to recieve the alert and yes it did.. what seems to be the problem? pls advise…
im referring to creating an alert… the 1 to n…. 2 to n… and so on.
