Pie chart shows 1 unknown module, but all modules are normal
#1
Hello everyone,

I ran into a problem where Pandora FMS shows that an agent has 1 module in the unknown status, while all modules are actually normal. The problem doesn't go away by itself and restarting the Pandora agent doesn't help either. Only restarting the PC the agent runs on helps.

Server and agent version: 7.0NG.727 (Community)
Agent OS: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, but the bug also happens with agents running Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

I've attached a screenshot of the problem (redacting certain sensitive details). Has anyone seen this before? Is there a solution?

Thanks in advance!

Good morning Util,

Can you clean cache and try to see again the pie graph? We never seen this "bug", will try to replicate in the actual 731, and next 731, and see if its already fixed.

Hey Alberto,

I tried reloading the page with Ctrl + F5, and also tried cleaning the cache, but it didn't help. It's like the server doesn't update the pie chart until there's a change in the data, but I haven't been able to confirm that so far. I'm curious if it also fixes itself if a module goes into warning/critical.

Good morning Util,

Will try then to replicate this error.
