No SNMP Traps

Updated to 717 remotely over a weekend.  Returned to work and found a "There are no SNMP traps on the database" message on the console.  Is there something I need to re-enable?  I checked to make sure my SNMP alert settings are still in place.  They are, but most show Unknown or Never as last fire.  I should have pages of UPS input voltage under threshhold warnings every day (as I badger Facilities), and one IDS signature update trap every three hours.

Where did I go wrong?

It appears to be a disaster.  I think I may just back up as much as I can and create a new appliance.  Multiple servers not running, all Windows agents giving invalid data from CPU Load module.  Log attached.

This seems to be the relevant element:
