In the rare case of an actual bug in the system, we can correct it and update the software in a fraction of the time that a traditional software vendor would take. Enterprise support

This support is "the standard" support offered with the Enteprise Version. Small Enteprise support is for licences under 250 agents. Each 250 agents licence gets a free seat in one of our official training program PAT. Enterprise customers get discounts on volume for training. You can download the contract here.

24x7 Support

This support is an opcional plus to the enterprise Support offered when the enterprise version is purchased. It includes unlimited calls and tickets and it's provided in English and Spanish languages.
