Pandora FMS
Partner Program
Designed for MSPs, integrators, consultancies, and technology service providers who want to differentiate themselves, increase revenue, and offer advanced monitoring and observability solutions adaptable to SaaS, on‑premise, and hybrid environments, regardless of the size or specific requirements of their customers.
Pandora FMS acts as a manufacturer and respects your relationship with the customer.
A real channel model, designed for MSPs and integrators who want to grow without conflicts.
Pandora FMS is a software vendor, not a services company. We do not interfere in the relationship with the end customer, nor do we execute custom projects on our own. Our approach is clear: we develop the platform; you deploy it, operate it, and build your services business on top of it.

What do we look for in a Pandora FMS partner?
We look for real MSPs. Companies that work daily with their customers, live on their trust, and understand that their value lies not in reselling software, but in operating, supporting, and ensuring continuity of IT services.
We are a software manufacturer, not a services company. We will not compete with you. We want partners who want to build their own business on Pandora FMS, with technical autonomy, commercial vision, and a long‑term relationship.

Technical profile
We expect partners with their own IT team, made up of specialists in systems, networks, and Linux environments, capable of being trained in Pandora FMS and operating the platform autonomously. The goal is for you to deploy, manage, and evolve your customers’ environments without relying on third parties.

Business model
Our partners clearly understand that their business is based on managed technical services. They handle first‑level support, daily operations of monitored environments, and service continuity for their customers. Pandora FMS is the technological foundation; you provide the value through your service.

Channel relationship
We seek a transparent and sustainable partnership. Partners capable of defining a realistic sales plan, open to receiving qualified leads in their region, and willing to work closely with their Partner Manager, with clear follow‑up and no overlap with the interests of other partners.
Advantages for partners who build their business around services

Types of partners in the Pandora FMS program
The Pandora FMS partner program is structured into different profiles to adapt to the reality of each company and the type of projects it develops. Each category responds to a specific role within the ecosystem, always maintaining a clear, conflict-free collaboration model.
Strategic planner
Strategic Partners are wholesalers or partners with an established presence, accustomed to managing large-scale projects and complex environments. They have large, well-trained technical teams and are capable of leading entire geographic regions, acting as a regional reference in both advanced deployments and specialized technical support.
MSP
The MSP Partner represents the core of the Pandora FMS channel. They are responsible for deployment, daily operation, and the delivery of managed services to end customers. They manage monitored environments, provide first-level support, and turn the platform into real value through close relationships, continuity, and a deep understanding of each customer.
System Integrator
The System Integrator is an authorized integrator involved in specific projects requiring a high level of technical specialization. They receive training for one-off deployments or advanced integrations and strengthen the Pandora FMS ecosystem by providing additional capabilities when a project requires specific architectures.
Onboarding process for Pandora FMS partners
The onboarding process at Pandora FMS is designed to ensure each partner achieves technical and commercial autonomy from the start, with a structured model and real support. It’s not just about training—it’s about preparing your team, your offering, and your first clients to operate with confidence and continuity.
The onboarding process is adapted to the partner type, always maintaining the same principles: official training, advanced support, and joint review to ensure that deployment and services are launched properly.

How can you become a Pandora Partner?
Fill out the following form with your company information and our channel team will contact you as soon as possible to get to know you and provide you with in-depth advice.
MSP Operation and Multi-Tenant
I’m an MSP with more than 100 clients. Can I have a centralized console where each client only sees their own systems?
Yes. Pandora is natively multi-tenant. You can manage all your clients from a single console, fully isolated from each other, and delegate partial permissions to each client over their own systems without affecting the others.
Do I need a large team to operate Pandora?
No. With two trained technicians, you can operate hundreds of endpoints. Pandora is designed for MSPs with compact and efficient teams.
Who maintains the centralized monitoring platform?
You do. Pandora provides tools and support, but the infrastructure is yours and remains under your control.
Can I use Pandora to manage clients from different sectors (healthcare, legal, industry...)?
Yes. Pandora is not tied to a specific vertical; it can manage any environment with endpoints, networks, and services.
Licensing and Usage Model
How is Pandora licensed?
By active agent per month, with annual billing or quarterly/semi-annual reviews based on actual usage. You only pay for what you use during each period and can adjust licenses according to your client portfolio.
What types of licenses exist? Is a workstation the same as a server?
No. It is licensed by category based on the type of asset: ONE (servers and critical assets), RMM (workstations and Windows devices), NMS (network equipment), and RC (remote control). Example: 10 servers and 100 PCs would be 10 ONE + 100 RMM.
Is there a perpetual license?
Yes. However, the standard model for MSPs is subscription/pay-per-use due to its flexibility and alignment with consumption.
What happens if I stop using Pandora?
The subscription model avoids sunk costs. You can adjust or cancel the license in the next review period.
Deployment and Scaling
Does Pandora work on-premise or in the cloud?
The standard model for MSPs is on-premise, managed by the partner. You control infrastructure, clients, and data, and Pandora provides support, training, and licenses to operate the environment as you decide.
Can I manage thousands of endpoints?
Yes. The architecture is designed to scale without redesigning the environment. Some partners operate more than 50,000 endpoints using Command Center.
Does it work well with restrictive firewalls or complex networks?
Sí. Tentacle, RC y los agentes están preparados para operar incluso con conectividad limitada o escenarios de comunicación unidireccional.
How do I update Pandora without affecting my clients?
The update cycle is safe and progressive. We help you plan it to avoid service interruptions and maintain continuity.
Integrations and Remote Control
Can I integrate Pandora with my current stack (ITSM, ticketing, EDR, SIEM, RMM)?
Yes. You can integrate it with your existing stack, and if necessary, we can help you build or adjust the integrations.
What if I need a specific integration?
We help you develop it together. Pandora does not create direct integrations for end clients—only in collaboration with partners.
How does remote control work?
Through RC: secure remote access even without direct connection to the endpoint. Ideal for MSPs operating complex networks or isolated environments.
What if a client requires a very specific feature?
Strategic improvements are prioritized in the roadmap if they bring value to the MSP ecosystem. We can also help you develop it in collaboration with you.
Channel, Business, and Client Relationships
Does Pandora compete with my managed services?
No. Pandora is a software vendor and does not provide services to end clients. The managed service business is yours. In some cases, direct clients may become partners after a prior relationship.
Can I resell Pandora under my brand or as part of my services?
Yes. Pandora integrates into your MSP offering without interfering with your client relationships.
Can I offer Pandora under my own brand (white-label)?
Yes, as long as the license and channel relationship are respected. Pandora can be discreetly integrated into your MSP offer.
What support do I get as a partner?
Access to advanced technical support (L2–L4), training, internal licenses, and assistance with strategic accounts.
What profit margin can I expect?
MSPs generate revenue from managed services on top of the technology. Pandora helps build a stable and scalable recurring revenue model.
Is there a protected area or risk of conflicts between partners?
Yes. Partner Managers manage leads and territories to avoid conflicts between partners.
What risks do I face as a partner?
None at the commercial level: Pandora does not compete with your services, does not sell to end clients, and does not interfere with your portfolio.
